Joelle (Townsend) Lattimer, PE, is a Consulting Engineer for Structural Services, Inc.  Joelle specializes in commercial and retail design of slab on ground systems.

 

Joelle graduated from Michigan Technological University receiving a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering in 1999. Following graduation, Joelle worked for local Kansas City design firms, with varied experiences in the areas of building design, parking garage design, commercial and nationwide building designs. She has been heavily involved with retail design with vast capacities since 2001. Joelle is a licensed professional engineer in Kansas and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

 

In May of 2009, Joelle joined Structural Services in the Kansas City office.  Since that time she has been dedicated to assisting nationwide building program’s refinement of their slab on ground system.  She has been involved in sustainability initiatives,  specification development, site assessments, product evaluation, operational management, and process flow.
