FORENSICS/EXPERT ASSIGNMENTS
EFFICIENCY
- Optimize time required for forensic evaluation by using information gained from key participants and a review of construction documents prior to site visit
SURVEY
- Visually examine all accessible parts of the slab on ground or suspended slab structure and photographically record key observations
TEST
- Gather necessary test data using SSI resources or supervise gathering of necessary test data by independent testing laboratories
TECHNICAL WRITING
- Prepare observation report and make recommendations for remedial action including concrete crack repairs, joint restoration, resurfacing, coatings, toppings, and maintenance
OBSERVE
- Monitor implementation of remedial activity to insure compliance with written repair protocol
FACILITATE
- Assist in conflict resolution through objective, independent review
