Day 1

Senior Consultant Instructor
Will encompass a classroom seminar focusing on the constructability of concrete floors
- F-number system, random traffic floors, and defined traffic floors
- How to construct the proper sub-grade
- Mix designs (lower shrinkage, less curl)
- Hand tools (how and when)
- Bullfloats, checkrods, and bumpcutters
- Machine patterns (how they affect your floor)
- Trouble-shooting concrete floors
Day 2
Will be hands-on training in the placing and finishing of high tolerance F-number floors
- Prep sub-grade
- Verify mix design (slump, temp, and air)
- Expert training in placing and finishing of superflat and high tolerance floors
- Proper troweling and panning techniques
- Hand tool applications
- Testing methods using the F-number system
